Exchanges & Returns
Please note all Return & Exchange requests will only be taken through Return/Exchange Page given on the website , we will not entertain emails or Instagram Messages.

Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return products must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
- If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.
- Please note if the Yellow Tag loop is broken then no return or exchange will be allowed.
- Please note all Returns & Exchanges are final and no further return or exchange is allowed on that order.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are on Sale or discounted.
- Reverse pick-up services are subject to availability.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice.
- If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address at your own expense.
- Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Refunds:
- Refunds and bank transfers are only applicable for Prepaid orders and online payments made on our website.
- Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be reflected in your bank account.
- Payments made with the COD option will only receive store credit worth the same as your order value after deductions, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. No refund will be provided.
- For All COD Orders store credit will be provided within 5 working days from the day of the return pick-up, sent to your registered email address.

Deductions
- A shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted for each product from all Return & RTO orders.
- All Exchange orders will attract a shipping charge of ₹100.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

Cancellations
- Cancellations are only possible until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- No Cancellations will be entertained after the product has been Shipped.

- Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us on +917003682445 within 24hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your package, you must provide a Package Opening Video as proof to raise a claim.
- The video should clearly show the package being sealed and the contents within. As we ship exclusively through BlueDart, the chances of missing items are negligible. However, the Package Opening Video is mandatory to process any such claims.
