Customization Policies

1. Custom Order Placement

   • Custom orders can only be placed via our dedicated inquiry form or email.
   • Once the order details are finalized, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
     
     

2. Payment Terms

   • Full payment is required upfront for all custom orders.
   • Payment modes include online transfers or other digital payment methods available on the website.
   • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customized products.
     
     

3. Timeline

   • Custom orders are made-to-order and typically require 20-30 days for production and delivery.
   • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
     
     

4. No Returns or Exchanges

   • Customized products are crafted specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
   • Any concerns regarding product quality or incorrect specifications must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.
     
     

5. Changes and Cancellations

   • Changes to the order can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
   • Cancellations after 24 hours will not be entertained as production begins shortly thereafter.
     
     

6. Design Approval

   • A digital preview or confirmation of design and specifications will be shared before production begins.
   • Production will commence only after customer approval.
     
     

7. Material and Design Limitations

   • Customizations are subject to fabric availability and production feasibility.
   • In rare cases where a request cannot be fulfilled, customers will be notified, and alternate options will be provided.
   • Custom Print requests may require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
     
     

8. Shipping

   • Shipping is available across India, and standard shipping rates apply.
   • International orders may incur additional charges and extended timelines.
     
     

9. Disclaimer

   • Slight variations in color, print placement, or design due to the handmade nature of customization are to be expected.
